Dewdocks-USA

Floating Docks / Swim Platforms - Dew it Yourself! Dewdocks are manufactured of 100% polyethylene resin containing UV inhibitors. The resin provides a rugged, rigid dock that resists environmental stress and offers cold temperature impact performance, giving our docks a life span of at least 30 years. Dewdocks can be configured in limitless ways, are simple to construct and have a 15-year limited warranty. Dewdocks are great for marinas or traditional docking systems.

Q: Doesn’t foam increase the buoyancy of the floats? So why doesn’t the “DEWDOCKS” floating system have foam?
A: The buoyancy for each individual float is 400lbs without foam. Adding foam will take buoyancy away and add weight to the product.

Q: How thick is the plastic that the float is made out of?
A: The floats average thickness is ¼”, one of the thickest and strongest on the market!

Q: What is the warranty of the floats?
A: The floats come with a 15 year limited warranty. Rotational molded with polyethylene resins, these resins offer a balance of toughness, rigidity, and cold temperature impact performance.

Q: Are the docks safe for our environment?
A: The units are made of polyethylene resin, which is non-toxic, non-leeching, chemical and petroleum resistant. They are 100% recyclable and will not contaminate our precious waterways.

Q: Can I leave the floats in all winter long?
A: This depends on the type of ice you have in your water system. If you have flowing or heavy spring break-up, then you will need to remove them or move it to a protected inlet or bay. If it merely freezes; simply remove the ramp in the fall and tie it out from shore.

Q: Do I need any special tools to assemble these docks?
A: No, just a ½” socket & ratchet to tighten the bolts and an electric drill with a bit to screw on the wood decking.

Q: I have more questions - who can I call?
A: Our experts would be happy to answer any other questions you may have. Please call 877 939-DOCK (6325) between 8am and 5pm EST.
